1: THE FOUNDATION During this session, Particpants will: - Understand their own work styles and impact on the team
- Learn techniques to
overcome communication barriers
- Define the team's effectiveness against 8 critical factors
- Clearly establish the team's focus
- Clearly define team and individual goals
- Develop action plans to assure goals are met.

2-5: FOLLOW UP During 4 monthly follow-up sessions, participants will: - Review status of goals and action plans
- Utilize problem solving techniques
for continuous improvement
- Activiely participate in discussions about team concerns and
solutions
- Refine team strategies
- Adjust goals and action
plans as necessary
